Judy brings a naturally nurturing presence shaped by over 20 years of experience in wellness programs and social services. As a daily meditator and dedicated gardener, she embodies a grounded, perceptive approach to well-being.

 

She meets you exactly where you are—offering presence, ease, and genuine care. Judy creates a space where you can feel supported, seen, and at comfort in your own experience.

Walk into Wellness if you are:

Where Do Wellness Walks Take Place on Kauai? We offer walks at a variety of carefully selected locations on the east and north shores of Kauai, including coastal paths, forest trails, and scenic outdoor spaces. Explore available locations on the Locations page. When booking, we welcome you to choose a location or receive a recommendation based on your preferences.

How Is a Wellness Walk different from walking on my own? Walking alone can be wonderful. A Wellness Walk creates intentional space, offers a supportive presence, and provides an opportunity to gain clarity, flow, and connect more deeply with yourself, nature, and the present moment.

What if I don't see a time available that works for me? Please reach out to Judy at judy@connectionsway.com or 808-755-5156. Additional times may be available, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

What if I'm not sure what I need right now? That's perfectly okay. Many people arrive feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious. There is no need to have a specific goal. We begin wherever you are and let the experience unfold naturally.
